It was very close to the consulate and the mall. The facility has morning breakfast and it always has Air Conditioner which was great since the weather is so hot in Juárez. The staff was always very accommodating.

Breakfast was the best part, they try to always switch it up everyday. also the staff are so nice and friendly. The only bad part was the washer and dryer were 10 DOLLARS to wash and dry... so we did ended up paying maybe around 60 dalliers for the whole stay just in washing and drying.. over all it was great close to the consulado americano. mall and places to eat. the shuttle they offer makes tours for free around the c city... we enjoy our stay......

LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT FOR MY STAY. ROOM WAS A LOT SMALLER THAN I IMAGINED, NOT HAVING AN ACTUAL CLOSET FOR MY BAGS WAS UPSETTING. NEVER HAD BREAKFAST BECAUSE IT WAS ALWASY EXTREMELY FULL , ROOM WAS CLEAN, STAFF WERE NICE AND HELPFUL.

The services provided took away the worry and stress of the situation that we went for. Great driver service, housekeeping and front desk service specially the girl in the afternoon shift, the girls on the kitchen always sweet and ready to provide anything that we needed for our food. The hotel was right across from the consulate, medical exams, one block from ASC and across from a mall where we were able to easily walk to for food or just go distract ourselves. Some days they have a free tour to the center of the city which is also very nice to get people out and site see. All go the staff were very friendly and made us feel really safe and welcome.

The hotel is located in a shopping mall area and surrounded by businesses and restaurants . The American consulate medical clinics and cas are located across the street , very convenient!! All the hotel staff are very friendly and polite I will give them 5 stars . Thank you guys !

The staff were so welcoming, attentive and kind. They made you feel like you were at home. I love that it was right next to the mall, and right across from the US consulate. It felt very safe and had everything we needed during our stay. I reiterate the staff are phenomenal!

The location was excellent for the consulate appointment, shopping, tours, and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and polite. The shuttle was convenient for going to the airport. Overall a great hotel.

The location is very close to the Consulate, the mall, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We didn’t rent a car this trip and the hotel made everything accessible.
