Breakfast was the best part, they try to always switch it up everyday. also the staff are so nice and friendly. The only bad part was the washer and dryer were 10 DOLLARS to wash and dry... so we did ended up paying maybe around 60 dalliers for the whole stay just in washing and drying.. over all it was great close to the consulado americano. mall and places to eat. the shuttle they offer makes tours for free around the c city... we enjoy our stay......

The services provided took away the worry and stress of the situation that we went for. Great driver service, housekeeping and front desk service specially the girl in the afternoon shift, the girls on the kitchen always sweet and ready to provide anything that we needed for our food. Thank you for the hospitality that your staff provides for the guests

The hotel was right across from the consulate, medical exams, one block from ASC and across from a mall where we were able to easily walk to for food or just go distract ourselves. Some days they have a free tour to the center of the city which is also very nice to get people out and site see. All go the staff were very friendly and made us feel really safe and welcome.

The staff were so welcoming, attentive and kind. They made you feel like you were at home. I love that it was right next to the mall, and right across from the US consulate. It felt very safe and had everything we needed during our stay. I reiterate the staff are phenomenal!

The location was excellent for the consulate appointment, shopping, tours, and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and polite. The shuttle was convenient for going to the airport. Overall a great hotel.

The location is very close to the Consulate, the mall, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We didn’t rent a car this trip and the hotel made everything accessible.

Across from El Consulado de Juarez, close to mall and many nice restaurants. Take the tour, it’s very cultural and enriching.

Is very close to the imigration american consulate., and they have a lots of medical place to those do their immigration documests and their is a Mall and few places to eat you just walk thru

All staff are very friendly no one gives u bad attitude always very friendly. Free breakfast in the mornings they clean ur room every day and everything around is walking distance no need for car shuttle or Uber /taxi thank u so much.
